12 - THE MORPHED PERSPECTIVE

This is a card that asks of us a personal sacrifice. It asks us to relinquish our ideas of what a given situation is and what we want out of it. Try to see things from a different perspective, a new angle. It is the exploration of our spinal connection, and the relationships that are developed by the head and the tailbone. Our head-tail connection allows us to move our head and coccyx towards and away from each other in all three planes. The level changes that occur allows us a complete somatic connectivity that opens our perception to how our bodies are actually engaging with itself and the world, instead of our cognitive perception of what is happening. When this happens, you will notice that what you thought you wanted isn't necessarily what you actually need to achieve the things you want. What perspective of your own needs must shift? What points of view are you holding on too tightly?
